“Courage, Faith, and Love: Rohingya Music in Exile”

The Crossing Borders Music String Quartet shares brand-new arrangements of Rohingya music and its stories of courage, faith, and love in exile. Developed after a month of field work in the Rohingya refugee camps of Cox’s Bazar, Bangladesh – the world’s largest – this program shares the melodies, hope, and humanity of Rohingya musicians who are the keepers of their people’s stories and cultural legacy. Transcend physical distance with a program that helps everyone “see the Rohingya with our hearts” and celebrates our shared humanity.
